Cardiac rehabilitation
Safe return to activity after heart problems or surgery
Cardiac rehabilitation is a personalized program for people recovering from a heart condition or procedure.
We guide you with targeted exercise therapy, continuous monitoring, and close collaboration with your doctor and hospital.
What does your treatment program look like?
Intake & start-up plan
We begin with a consultation, some measurements, and the creation of your exercise plan.
2-3 sessions per week
Under supervision, you work on:
- Endurance (treadmill, bike, stepper, rowing machine…)
- Strength and muscle stamina
- Breathing and functional recovery
Continuous monitoring
During each session, we measure your:
- Heart rate
- Blood pressure
- Recovery capacity
Exercise at home
You receive a personalized exercise plan for home, and we closely monitor your progress between in-clinic consultations. We adjust your training based on this data and contact you if necessary.
Regular testing & feedback
Through exercise tests and evaluation sessions, we track your progress.
We share the results with your doctor or other healthcare providers, such as your dietitian or psychologist.
